Reportedly, Rick Ross is maintaining his stride in the realm of real estate, as per the Miami Times. It appears that he is considering acquiring a lavish mansion on Star Island, with an estimated price tag of around $37 million, even as he continues to reside in his Fayetteville estate. The luxurious property boasts nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, and an entertainment room.
Recently, Ross made headlines with his real estate acquisitions. One of the notable purchases was Meek Mill’s Sandy Springs/Buckhead home, which he acquired for a sum of $4.2 million. Interestingly, it was reported that Meek Mill never actually moved into the property during his two-year ownership. The impressive compound boasts eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a jacuzzi, sauna, movie theater, outdoor pool, playground, tennis court, and twin garages.
Not stopping there, Ross also made a significant purchase of Amar’e Stoudemire’s Florida estate, which came with a price tag of $3.5 million. The deal between Ross and Stoudemire was historic, known as the “fastest closing in the history of the Landmark Ranch Estates section.” This exclusive area is located west of Fort Lauderdale in Southwest Ranches.
With his new acquisitions, Ross will be rubbing shoulders with high-profile celebrity neighbors such as Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, and Shaquille O’Neal, adding to the allure of his new properties. However, Ross has plans to put his personal touch on these estates. He has mentioned his intention to renovate the properties to reflect his unique style, which will likely involve lavish touches like gold and marble throughout the homes.
